Warm up
5 mins of cardio
5 mins of mobility work

A. 10 mins to work up to a heavy 10 rep strict overhead press

B. 3 rounds of:
20 lunges
Rest 90 seconds
10 toes to bar
Rest 90 seconds

C. 5 rounds for times of:
10 pull-ups
15 front squats @95 pounds
20 sit-ups
Rest 2 minutes

D. Walk, run, swim, or row for 20 mins.
