30 Day CRUNCH TIME Tone Up – Day 1

Warm up
5 mins of cardio
5 mins of mobility work

A. 3 sets:
30 sec handstand practice – no wall if you can
8 pistol squats (4 each leg)
10 windshield wipers
B. Front squats
5 sets of 5 reps – work on keeping elbows up and finding a good front rack position.
C. 3 rounds for times:
15 HSPUs (handstand pushups)
– select your depth and stick to it on every rep.
10 toes to bar
Row 250m
Rest 2 mins between rounds
D. Walk uphill on treadmill for 20 mins
