Warm up
5 mins of cardio
5 mins of mobility work

A. 10 sets of 5 snatch balance
– use bar or light weight that you won’t have to drop
B. 3 sets:
5 strict HSPUs
5 chest to bar pull ups
10 lunges (5 each)
C. 12 min running clock
Row 2000m
Use the rest of the time to do burpees over the rower – must jump with both feet.
