On wedding workout Wednesday we’re all about giving you ideas for getting into amazing shape for your wedding day. So if you have ideas to share, we’d love to hear them.

3 rounds of:
20 arm circles forward
20 arm circles backwards
15 air squats
5 push-ups on knees or toes
4 round for time of:
1 minute plank on elbows and toes
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
This is a great workout for your legs, abs, and arms. And you’ll get lots of toning cardio work.
