Wedding Workout Wednesday 6/26/13

Getting in shape for your wedding can be one of the best things that you can do for yourself. You can literally change your life. Visualize this… you look amazing for your wedding! People are whispering things like “wow, she looks great,” “I didn’t know she was in such good shape,” “those arms are perfect.”

This is just the beginning. This can be yours on your wedding day, and everyday after.

Take the leap now, and find the amazing body that you’re going to have for your amazing day!

Here’s todays workout:

Warm up
3 rounds not for time of:
20 arm circles (forward and backwards)
5 push-ups
10 air squats

20 minutes running clock
At the top of every minute do the following
5 sit-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
*rest for the remainder of the minute.
**if you don’t get the 30 reps done in the minute, start your next set at the top of the next minute.
***the best score you can get is 20 rounds in 20 minutes.
