There are so many fad diets out there.

So many gimmicky products that claim to “tighten” you up. Come on! Seriously? Are you really not willing to put in 30 mins a day to get a life long habit, and amazing physical results. 30 mins, that’s it!

Sorry, I was recently reading about some of these gimmicky products. I mean, if you already put the work in by dieting and exercising, then to try a wrap (or something), I can get with that. But don’t think that’s all you need to do.

Here’s a Wedding Workout that will get you moving in the lean and toned direction.

Warm up
Go for an easy 800m run
20 arm circles
20 air squats
10 push-ups
20 walking lunges

5 rounds for time of:
Run 200m
20 step-ups onto a 20 inch box or chair
15 push-ups
10 sit-ups

It’s important that you ALWAYS use good form, and full ranges of motion when working out. Don’t cheat yourself.
