With so many people trying to tell you what you need to do these days it’s hard to know who you should listen to.
Well, I’ve been getting women just like you into amazing shape for over 12 years.
And, what I’ve found to work doesn’t just work sometimes… It works all the time.
1. The biggest and most effective thing that you can do today that will make a marked difference by the end of the week is to cut out all of your grains and sugars.
Completely get rid of them.
I know the media calls them “healthy whole grains”, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The real truth is that grains will make you fat if you’re not working out like crazy.
And I shouldn’t have to explain why you need to stop eating sugar.
So, get rid of all your grains and sugars.
2. Eat more vegetables. Look, I don’t want you to deprive yourself. I know you will do anything to look amazing on your wedding day, right?
Well, you don’t have to feel terrible while getting to that “amazing” look. For every grain or sugar that you now aren’t eating, eat some veggies instead.
How about a HUGE green salad? Or a big platter of mix veggies?
Oh, and you can keep the cheese and olive oil based dressings. Remember that fats don’t make you fat. It’s the extra carbs that do that.
3. Drink more water. Shoot for .75 to 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight. This will get your body to start dropping water weight immediately.
If your body thinks it has enough water coming into your mouth, it will not hold onto extra water as a survival mechanism.
