Preparing a large amount of food that you can save for multiple meals makes more sense when you’re sharing between two people.
Talk with your partner about what has worked for them in the past to lose weight. What works for you might not necessarily work for them. A wedding workout and diet plan means attacking your diets together and finding those solutions together. The more weight you want to lose by your wedding day, the earlier you should start.
