Warm up 3 rounds of: Run 400 meters 10 jumping jacks
Workout 2 minute plank on toes and elbows 20 push-ups 1 minute plank 25 squats 30 second plank 15 sit-ups 1 minute plank 10 burpees 2 minute plank
*This is just one time through. One and done! 🙂
