What’s your goal for your wedding?
I was just chatting with someone from one of the top 100 wedding blogs about wedding fitness and weight loss.
She seemed to think that too many brides are getting themselves into unhealthy weight loss plans, and really putting themselves into bad situations looking for the fastest fix.
I think she’s right.
And I know that one of the biggest reasons for people bouncing off WeddingWOD are because our results take too long to achieve.
Here at WeddingWOD we are interested in providing anyone with short term, unhealthy weight loss tactics.
I fact our mission is not only to help brides get into shape for their weddings, but to create habits that will stay with them for a lifetime.
Unfortunately there’s no quick fix. You have to walk the walk if you want real results.
To get started with some results right now, here’s today’s Wedding Workout Wednesday.
Warm up 3 rounds of: 20 arm circles forward 20 arm circles backward 15 squats
Workout 3 round for time of: 10 jumping squats – squat down, and on your way up jump off the ground. 8 jumping lunges – jump from one lunge to the other. 6 explosive push-ups 4 sit-ups
2 min plank on elbows and toes
